Using stress relief activities to reduce stress in your life is not just a way to stop being frustrated and anxious, it plays an important role in your mental and physical health too. Without activities for stress relief the body fills up with stress hormones if stress is long term which lowers your immune system making you prone to infection, sickness and also more susceptible to mental conditions like depression and anxiety disorders.

  • Sex - Don’t feel you are too tired or stressed out to make love. The big O has an amazing and long lasting effect on your happiness and stress levels.
